Newest Project: Babushka

Babushka explores the concept of renewal and rebirth through the lens of a fairytale artbook style. Going through a pivotal time in my life, in between graduation and finding my footing in a long-term career, the concept of shedding my outer layer and being reborn in a new body is appealing as I look to the future and become a better version of who I was yesterday.
I loved my grandparent's babushka dolls as a child, and this is my artistic take on the classic doll.
